Rebecca Sposita- Attorney

“I am dedicated to helping my clients understand their rights and options regarding Social Security Disability benefits. Our firm is down-to-earth and I take the time to explain the legal aspects of SSD matters in a language that everyone can understand. By working personally with each client, I am able to fully understand their situations and vigorously advocate for the benefits they deserve.”

Rebecca is passionate about advocating on behalf of injured and disabled clients. Prior to opening her own practice, she spent several years at a law firm representing victims of medical malpractice. Rebecca has continued to represent injured and disabled clients by expanding her practice to include social security disability claimants. During law school at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, she worked at Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office fighting for victims rights in the trial division and in preliminary exams, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.

Rebecca is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, United States District Court - Eastern District of Michigan, National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, Huron Valley Chamber of Commerce, Women Business Owners of Southeast Michigan and National Association of Disability Representatives.

Rebecca lives in Milford with her husband and son. Rebecca Has joined the Sam Bernstein Law Firm where she continues to represent disabled individuals.
